During a recent interview to help promote the second season of her Netflix show, Meghan was asked what she wants more than anything out of the life that she has right now.

The Duchess of Sussex replied with, “I have it. We have a beautiful healthy family, we’re happy, we’re safe, we have a community of support surrounding us, there’s nothing else that I need.”

As our readers can imagine, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some even commented with, “It’s really classy that she didn’t give oxygen to any of the negativity. She could have said she wished that a section of the media would lay off, but then that would have shown that she is bothered by them and they would have run with that molehill and made it into a mountain.”

Another fan of Meghan’s said, “It’s a smart answer too because anything she said would be spun against her. But I’m sure they figured out a way to find fault in this. They’ll twist anything she says or doesn’t say. They’ll never be honest about her.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I’m sure in the next day or so we’ll see articles from the British media saying that she was taking a dig at the Royal family by saying that she is safe, happy and healthy, implying she wasn’t in the royal family.”

“Most often her comments are based on how the media treated her, not her in-laws. Sure they had issues but even she has said that Charles’ relationship with his father can be repaired.”

So far Meghan Markle herself has not made any additional comments about the matter just yet. Watch this space for more.
