There’s no such thing as bad publicity for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, apparently. There’s heavy speculation that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are looking to bring their two children, Archie and Lilibet, on their next trip to Africa. The couple have already been invited to Ghana following their successful tour of Nigeria.

But the move is quite surprising for many royal critics, seeing how the Duchess of Sussex has been adamant about keeping her kids out of the public spotlight. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

According to royal expert Tom Quinn, he believes that Harry and Meghan only want to bring their kids to Ghana because they want to garner positive publicity. 

And it would certainly work as there’s no doubt that Archie and Lilibet would charm everyone that would come across them.

In an interview with the Mirror, Quinn put it this way, “Harry and Meghan are incredibly proud of their children, and when they are a little older and better able to travel, there is no doubt they will be taken on some of the couple’s tours.”

He also added that the Duchess of Sussex herself is acutely aware of what a great look this will be – the charming royal couple with their charming royal children will attract the sort of publicity that Harry and Meghan crave, especially now that they are so determined to be billionaire entrepreneurs.”

If that weren’t enough, Quinn also added that Prince William and Kate Middleton are feeling overshadowed by the Sussexes and their resurgence thanks to their successful trip to Nigeria.

He said, “While Harry and Meghan go on with their increasingly prominent royal lives, Kate and William are left floundering and Meghan and Harry know it.”

So far Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have made no comments about the matter, nor have they said anything about their future travel plans.
