Meghan Markle Now The Top Podcaster On Spotify, Despite Loads Of CriticismBritish Royal family news suggests that while she might have gotten a lot of criticism for some of the things that she said and revealed on her podcast, there sure were a whole lot of people who tuned in to it. There are new reports that say Meghan Markle’s debut Archetypes podcast has unseated Joe Rogan for the top spot on Spotify. There’s no doubt that the royal rota sure is going to have a lot to say about this. Here’s what you need to know.

British Royal News – Meghan Markle Is Now The Top Podcaster On Spotify

According to new reports, Meghan Markle’s podcast has managed to bump Joe Rogan to the second spot, despite the fact that he’s held on to the first spot for nearly three years. In addition, the Duchess of Sussex’s podcast also topped the Spotify charts in Australia, Canada, Ireland and the United Kingdom.

During her Archetype podcast, Meghan detailed what had happened when she found out that her son Archie was almost caught in a fire that broke out in his nursery in the home they were staying in. Meghan said that it was their nanny Lauren who made the decision to take Archie with her downstairs a little before the fire began.

Meghan recalled, “She was from Zimbabwe, and we loved that she would always tie him on her, her back with a mud cloth, and her instinct was like, ‘Let me just bring him with me before I put him down.’ In that amount of time that she went downstairs, the heater in the nursery caught on fire. There was no smoke detector. Someone happened to just smell smoke down the hallway went in, fire extinguished. He was supposed to be sleeping in there.”

As many fans can recall, Archewell’s first podcast was released on Dec. 29, 2020, and featured a slew of celebrities reflecting on the pandemic-stricken year. Tyler Perry, Elton John, Stacey Abrams and James Corden all participated, with a special appearance from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s 2-year-old son, Archie.
