Katie Nicholl had this to say during Yahoo’s Royal Box on Friday, “[Meghan] got very upset when she felt that she could taste egg in a dish when she was told there was no egg in there, and she said, ‘No, I can taste it, I can taste there’s egg in this dish.’”
That’s when Queen Elizabeth reportedly intervened. As much as she likes Prince Harry’s wife, she had to remind her that she is no longer a Hollywood actress living in Los Angeles and someone who can complain about her food the way most people do at upper tier restaurants.
Nicholl continued, “I think there was a bit of an upset when suddenly the queen walked in because of course, this was Windsor Castle, this is her home. And she just quietly took Meghan to the side and said, ‘Meghan, in this family, we don’t speak to people like that.’”
Yikes! Of course, this isn’t the first time that Queen Elizabeth had something to say about Meghan Markle’s behavior. Last year is was reported that the Duchess apparently had a temper tantrum over a tiara that she wanted to wear on her wedding day. Because she couldn’t get her hands on it, she made a fuss about it. Harry even famously said, “What Meghan wants, Meghan gets.” The Queen swooped in and told her grandson Prince Harry that Meghan’s behavior was causing the royal family embarrassment.
Other than those two incidents, Meghan’s transition from Hollywood actress to British royal family member has been a rather smooth one. She’s managed to win over fans on both sides of the pond and is looking forward to her new role in her life: that as a royal mother. We can’t wait to see photos of Meghan and Baby Sussex once they come available!

I don’t think so really but not much she can do.
I think that Meghan will keep asserting her power over Harry and the family even though the Queen will keep knocking her down!! She is too important to Harry, however, the Queen will not tolerate her becoming an obstacle to keep the Royal Grandson’s and their families in line!!
A tempest in a MEDIA teapot!
No, Not really…She is much more fond of Kate and so am I….I don’t want Harry to be “henpecked”, (for lack of a better word) but it seems like he is well on his way to being just that and more!! Poor Diana is probably spinning in her grave! She, no doubt would approve of Kate much more than this DIVA!!
