It looks like she’s going to do things her way, regardless of what anyone has to say about it. Clearly, we are talking about Meghan Markle as there’s a new report that suggests she’s refusing to be pushed around by the royals.

While King Charles has already made it clear that Prince Harry and Meghan are back in the UK as private citizens and nothing more, it seems like the Duchess of Sussex already has plans to work with some of the charities that she left behind before she and Harry moved to America to become financially-independent royals.

In other words, Meghan is going to make it look like she’s doing all the royal work, but without officially doing any royal engagements or making any public appearances on behalf of the King of England. But it’s not like he would want her to do any from him, anyway.

One source close to the situation recently told The Sun, “She is already planning ways to support new causes alongside ones she previously worked with, they added.

This includes Smart Works, a charity which supports unemployed and vulnerable women looking for jobs. The women are given clothes, interview training and networking opportunities.”

Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter. Some critics have even commented with, “Somehow, I think she is in SO MUCH of a stronger place now, in every way, and once she gets her bearings, and the kids are settled, she will just do her thing, and the rest be damned. I don’t see our girl diminishing her star for anyone again.”

What’s Next For Meghan Markle?

Another critic wrote, “Two weeks ago the British press didn’t know that Meghan was moving back to the UK. Now we’re supposed to believe that the press knows she’s going to be doing charity work in the UK. I’d be surprised if Meghan will be out and about in the UK.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Meghan is going to bring attention again to her patronages because she doesn’t ignore them for eight years.

The media will cover it and start to wonder out loud just what exactly Kate and William do. Going to sports events won’t cover it when the non tax payer funded ones actually promote charities.”
