She might not be America’s sweetheart after all, right? That’s what a lot of royalists on both sides of the pond might be thinking when it comes to Meghan Markle.

That’s because there’s a new report that suggests the Duchess of Sussex may have shown her true colors behind the scenes of her Netflix show, With Love, Meghan. And let’s just say that those colors were not pretty at all.

Apparently, Prince Harry’s wife likes to micro manage her staff so much that they can’t stand working for her anymore. In fact, a separate report suggests that her staff members at Archwell keep dropping like flies because so many people have left their jobs these past few years.

Unfortunately for Meghan, that seemed to be the case for her at her Netflix show, too. A lot of people are whispering that while the former Hollywood actress wants to look like she’s coy and humble in front of the cameras, she’s anything but when they stop rolling.

While no one really knows what happened on set during filming, it seems like her reputation for wanting to control every little detail of what goes on has gotten so bad, that crew members have also walked out of the job.

Royal Family News: Is Meghan Markle Really That Difficult To Work For?

For Meghan Markle, these rumors have to be very concerning. After all, she’s had a very hard time convincing anyone on both sides of the pond that she’s not what the media has painted her out to be.

But then again, a lot of people say that she has her reputation for a reason. Simply put, no one wants to work with her, let alone be in the same room as her whenever the cameras are rolling.

Plus, if she has a hard time retaining her staff, that right there says that Meghan Markle is perhaps one of the most difficult people to work with in the entire entertainment industry. And that’s a reputation she won’t be able to brush off very easily.
