A recent photo of Meghan without her engagement ring from Price Harry sparked more rumors that the couple is facing challenging times.

The Duchess was pictured with her close gal pals, celebrity hair colorist Kadi Lee and author Cleo Wade.

The royal fans immediately noticed that Markle’s ring was missing from her left hand, which was visual in the photo.

It fueled the speculation that the couple is going through a rough patch, but a source close to the Duchess reveals the real reason the ring was missing in action.

The ring features two of Princess Diana’s jewels from her collection. It has a sparkler from a Cartier bracelet and a “blood-free” diamond from Botswana. The ring is being repaired.

As for the couple spending time apart, Harry embarked on a tour of Asia with his close friend and Argentine polo player, Nacho Figueras.

The media speculated that the separation was due to the couple facing tough times, but a source that is close to the couple says that it is not true.

The inside source says that the reports of the couple having trouble in their marriage is “literally made up.” Prince Harry is spending time with his friend in Asia, while Meghan enjoys time with her girlfriends on her 42nd birthday.

The photo of Meghan and her friends was posted on Lee’s Instagram with the caption, “Belated bday celebrations with these lovely muses.”

For the second year in a row, the royal family’s social media account did not acknowledge Meghan’s birthday, which commenced on August 4.

In Harry’s memoir, Spare, the Prince revealed that he took a ring from Meghan’s jewelry box to give to the designer for her size. He proposed to Meghan in 2017.

Prince Harry’s decision to use two diamonds from his late mother’s bracelets stirred up drama with his brother, Prince Williams. He asked him if it was okay, and he agreed, but Harry thinks it could have caused “some of the tension between them now.”

“The ring is yellow gold because that’s [her] favorite, and the main stone itself I sourced from Botswana, and the little diamonds on either side are from my mother’s jewelry collection to make sure that she’s with us on this — on this crazy journey together,” Prince Harry explained.
