This week, Meghan Markle participated in a new interview and reactions were not encouraging. In fact, some viewers feel that she seems to have trouble answering even the softest of softball questions. Read on to find out more.

The Interview Promised A Lot

A recent episode of The Circuit was aired on YouTube by Bloomberg Originals on August 26. Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, sat down for an interview with Emily Chang. The conversation took place over a casual meal of burgers and centered on her transition to life in Montecito.

Prince Harry’s wife was going to discuss her current ventures in business and entertainment. Plus, she promised detail about her experiences as she builds a life away from royal duties. The duchess was also asked about living under intense media scrutiny following her marriage. Additionally, she said something to Emily about her plans for the future.

Some Of The Main Takeaways 

These days, Meghan’s apparently something of a cooking expert, so she launched into her take on the burgers the duo ate. “What’s so special about this? It’s the squishy bun. It’s the crunch in the onion. It’s the texture of the meat. It’s…They’re perfect. It’s kind of a perfect meal.” So, now you know that perfect burgers exist.

Emily said that Meghan had “launched a Netflix show, a podcast, and a lifestyle brand that sells jam, rose, and those much-talked-about flower sprinkles.” That’s old news, but the conversation had to start somewhere.

Asked what Meghan would like the world to know about her, a single, true thing, Harry’s wife seemed lost for an answer. She replied, “The one thing, oh gosh, what’s the one thing?” And that was the end of that deep discussion. Next, they went off to a place called The Godmothers, and the conversation turned to Meghan’s opinion of “Godmothers, who lit the way.”

Creation & Dreams In Montecito 

Meghan Markle loves Montecito because, as she put it, it’s a wonderful community. Plus, it allows her to “be able to really create and dream here.” Then it was time for coffee. Did any other important details emerge? Well, that depends on what’s important. Meghan did tell Emily that she “owns [her] own story.” She added, “I know I do.”

Apparently, when stories get told about her that she doesn’t agree with, she recognized them as just stories “about a caricature of you.” However, she also mentioned getting “comfortable with yourself,” noting that she’s 44 now.
