It seems like she just can’t let her have her moment in the spotlight, now can she? Apparently, Meghan Markle made sure to swipe attention from Kate Middleton on Sunday, which also happened to be Mother’s Day in the UK.

The same day that the Princess of Wales shared a special photo of her and her three children for the world to see. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Along with her husband Prince Harry, Meghan Markle visited the families of the Uvalde, Texas shooting over the weekend.

Both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex spent time with some of the parents of the victims of the horrific school shooting that happened back in 2023. They even spent time with one family and sang happy birthday to one grieving mother.

Some comments on social media included, “So happy that Harry and Meghan brought joy in your family and made your mum smile so much.

Diana’s love and charisma and legacy shines so much in them,” along with, “Thank you so much for sharing this really lovely moment. Happy birthday to your mom, although I know there is pain in her heart. May you find healing in all those who surround you.”

Royal Family News – What’s Next For Kate Middleton?

Yet, there has been some suggestion on social media that Meghan wanted to do this just to steal the spotlight from Kate Middleton.

As many fans probably know by now, the Princess of Wales shared her first photo since having her surgery back in January.

In the photo, the future queen of England is smiling with her three children by her side: Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

A lot of fans are actually shocked that the photo was even released, seeing how the Princess of Wales is supposedly still in recovery mode after her abdominal surgery. Yet, she looks happy and healthy in the pic.

So far the Duchess of Sussex herself has made no comments about the criticism she’s received.

      Until I read this I didn’t know they went Uvalde TX. Megan and Harry are nothing in the US.
