Meghan Markle is now one of Hollywood’s most treasured actresses. Why, this Duchess is set to take home a big payday if she so much as does the occasional cameo appearances in the recently green-lit spinoff of “Suits.”

When Meghan signed with WME, the Hollywood talent agency insisted that there is no plan to “focus on acting or building Meghan’s career around becoming a movie star.” However, it seems a huge payday is about to overturn this statement.

According to a reliable studio source speaking to The Daily Express, Meghan’s team is in “advanced” talks for her to return as her original “Suits” character Rachel Zane.

This comes as bosses at NBCUniversal green-lit a big-budget sequel to the original series by “Suits” creator Aaron Korsch. Per the source, these bosses are prepared to pay “whatever it takes” to bring the former actress onboard.

Its phenomenal success on Netflix is said to contribute immensely to this decision to revive the show, having occupied the streaming platform’s top ten for 15 out of the past 18 weeks and racking up more than 45.4 billion minutes of viewing time.

The senior production source confirmed: “It was always a show that enjoyed limited success but its rebirth on Netflix has propelled it into a whole new realm and a new spinoff can turn Meghan into one of the world’s highest-paid TV stars.”

As an upcoming actress, Meghan grew to enjoy $50,000 per episode in the last two seasons of the show. Now, “She can command many times that figure. But it will all come down to how much she wants to commit herself to a new series.”
