Meghan Markle Was Disappointed That Prince Harry Wasn’t A Billionaire
As many royal fans can recall, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle began dating in 2016 and in 2018, they tied the knot.
However, it’s now being said that the former Hollywood actress assumed that her new boyfriend was wealthier than he was, simply because he was a member of the royal family.
Per The Times, one source close to the situation even put it this way, “She expected a billionaire and she got a millionaire.”
“When Meghan discovered that Harry was only worth about £20 million, she realised she needed to reassess other assumptions she’d made about this strange new family.”
“Harry, it seemed, had spent little time explaining exactly how strange and demanding his family really are. But then, having everything done for you throughout your life by staff gives you a complacent air.

Well, even if Meghan felt disappointed that her future husband had less money than she had assumed, she married him anyway.
But, she was also upset that she couldn’t make any of her own money when they were full-time royals and that’s why they escaped to America to become financially-independent royals.
However, there is heavy speculation suggesting that the couple might not even make it to the end of the year. That’s because Prince Harry feels furious that Meghan went behind his back and shopped for a book deal to talk about her post-divorce life.
What’s Next For Harry And Meghan?
That’s a move that he is simply never going to forgive and that’s why he wants to get out of their marriage as soon as possible.
