Meghan Markle Was “Snubbed” By Disney Because She Can’t Carry A Movie On Her Own

Meghan Markle’s dreams have come crashing down. Since ditching their senior royal roles, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry want to become “financially independent.” But it doesn’t look like a return to Hollywood is in the cards for the Duchess of Sussex. The former Suits star has been reportedly “snubbed” by Disney in which “have limited plans” to work with her because she’s already too “controversial,” according to an inside source.

Meghan is attempting to go back to her Hollywood career. She thinks it’s the best decision since she and husband Prince Harry embark on their new lives and step down from their royal duties. An anonymous film executive said there are “limited plans” for Meghan to score a big acting role in Hollywood. She supposedly asked her agent to book her a superhero role on a Marvel film.

The anonymous source revealed to the Daily Mail: “Meghan needs Disney more than Disney needs Meghan. She’s a controversial figure. There have been reports of a deal but that’s not true beyond the voiceover work.”

Meghan’s rep has not responded to this rumor. The reports of Meghan being “snubbed” by Disney comes after her Hollywood agent Nick Collins reportedly told her that she “can’t carry a film” on her own. Supposedly she already knows that but that hasn’t stopped her from wanting to star in a Marvel film, as per New Idea.

“He has said she wants her return to acting to be part of an ensemble cast in something like a superhero film. He’s actively seeking such a movie for her. He’s saying she is available and open to the best offers. Meghan is planning a series of meetings in Hollywood,” the inside source explained.

“She has already done the voiceover for Disney and now word is out that she’s looking for a superhero film, as a voiceover or even on screen. She knows she can’t carry a film as an actress.”  “People won’t be able to get past the fact she’s Meghan Markle,” the source added.

Prince Harry and Meghan are choosing which celebrities are going to be part of their “A-list squad” as they look for a new circle of friends outside the U.K. The couple is said to be in a row over their new life outside of the Royal Family. The Queen has reportedly banned the couple from using their Sussex Royal brand. According to a report via Express, the Queen has been enjoying the news of Meghan getting “snubbed” by Hollywood. She feels that Meghan deserves “what she’s given.”
