Meghan Markle Wears Affordable H&M Maternity Dress During Royal Appearance At Animal Shelter

Meghan Markle has once again managed to turn heads after she stepped out in a stylish yet very affordable maternity dress during a royal engagement in London this week. The Duchess of Sussex, who is currently expecting her first child with her husband Prince Harry, paid a visit to The Mayhew Animal Home in London. It was announced last week that she is a new royal patron of the charity.

According to reports, the Duchess opted for a head-to-toe cream ensemble during her visit to the animal shelter. She showed off both her growing baby bump and her bare legs in a $30 maternity dress from Swedish retailer H&M. Meghan polished off the look with an Armani coat and a Stella McCartney handbag which will no doubt fly off store shelves in no time.

During the visit, Meghan was particularly taken by a one-year-old Jack Russell cross named Minnie. Even though he is currently up for adoption, Meghan said, “We can’t take another dog before the baby as our hands are too full!”

The Duchess of Sussex had the opportunity to learn more about a number of projects that are run by the charity. The animal shelter is designed to help improve the lives of animals and people and to better communities in London and abroad. Some of the programs include animal therapy visits, work with homeless people and their pets, and animal welfare schemes. Meghan Markle spent the day touring the facilities.
