The couple are the subjects of the cringe biography, Finding Freedom, which reads more like a love letter from besotted authors Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand. Without irony, Scobie has called himself Meghan’s “soul mate.” What does Harry think of this sitch?
In the breathless book, the writers claim, “On May 19, 2019, Harry also surprised his wife of one year with the gift of a ring that he had created with jeweller-to-the-stars Lorraine Schwartz, a favourite of Meghan’s.”
Royal Family News – Finding Freedom Is Far From Biased
But wait, there’s more! The book gushes: “The conflict-free diamond eternity band paid homage to the family of three with Meghan’s, Archie’s and Harry’s birthstones (peridot, emerald, and sapphire, respectively) on the underside of the ring.”
The world knows, despite Harry threatening the BBC for reporting on it, that the couple had a daughter in June. Baby girl Lilibet was left at home when the couple went cavorting in NYC this month, could she make an appearance on the conflict-free ring, too?
According to Steven Stone Jewellers and crystal healing expert Angela Richardson, Meghan is considering adding a pearl, her daughter’s birthstone, to the ring. Richardson runs the YouTube channel Empowered Crystals.
Royal Family News – Meghan Likes Diamonds
Hello! reports that, “Meghan’s heartfelt choice of ring, which reportedly has health benefits, is actually very popular with Steven Stone Jewellers revealing there has been a 50 per cent increase in birthstone engagement ring sales this year.”
Meghan has a record of upgrading her gemstones. After Meghan scoring the eternity ring from Harry in 2019, the band of her engagement ring was also changed.
Royal Family News – Meghan Like To Change Her Gems Out
“The trilogy ring originally featured a gold band and was created by Cleave and Company, Court Jewellers and Medallists to Her Majesty the Queen. Eagle-eyed royal fans first noticed Meghan’s ring was changed to a pave band at her post-baby appearance at Trooping the Colour in 2019.”
Harry himself told the world about his wife’s stones: “The ring is obviously yellow gold because that’s [Meghan’s] favorite and the main stone itself I sourced from Botswana and the little diamonds either side are from my mother’s jewelry collection, to make sure that she’s with us on this crazy journey together,” he told the BBC after they announced their engagement.
