Meghan Markle’s Brother Thomas Jr. Has A Message For The Duchess

It seems as though the Markle Family has something to say almost every day now. This time around it’s Meghan Markle’s half-brother Thomas Markle Jr., who the Duchess hasn’t even seen in years. Thomas thinks it’s about time that the Duchess of Sussex lets go of their family feud and allows the Markle family members to visit her and her newborn baby Archie Harrison in London.

Speaking the Britain’s The Sun, Markle thinks that his half-sister needs to let go of whatever grudges that she has against her family back in the U.S. He thinks that now that Meghan is a mother, maybe she will “see the importance of family now.”

Speaking about the birth of Archie Harrison and Meghan’s new role as a royal mom, he told the British publication: “Congratulations — I’m very happy for you both and I hope this baby will bring you all the joy in the world.”

Thomas Jr. Hopes Meghan Will Allow Them To Meet Baby Archie

Thomas then suggested that Meghan reach out to them first and allow them to meet her newborn baby. He even suggested that the Duchess allow the Markle family to travel to Windsor to visit her, Prince Harry and their new bundle of joy at Frogmore Cottage.

“She should let the family come over and meet the new baby,” he said. “Usually that’s what happens – everybody crowds into the hospital room to see the new addition to the family – we’d love that. I think everybody should be invited over to see the new baby. Hopefully, she won’t be unfair and withhold him from everybody — I hope she’ll reach out and make the baby a part of everybody’s life.”

Thomas also said that it’s high time Meghan made amends with their father, Thomas Markle Senior.

“I seriously hope she gets a hold of him and personally calls him herself and sends him pictures right off the bat. Hopefully she’ll be kind enough to do that because he’s been waiting for this day all through the pregnancy,” he said.

“If it wasn’t for my father she would not be here where she is today… She was a very fortunate child growing up and she is very fortunate now and she has my dad to thank for that. He dedicated every moment of his life to her — he deserves to be a part of the baby’s life.”
