According to reports, Meghan’s former 2,262 square foot Colonial style home is up for a cool $1.799 million dollars. Even though it’s been several years since she’s stepped foot in the home, it was where she lived with her former husband, Hollywood producer Trevor Engleson.
Meghan’s Old Crib
The home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ground floor features an open floor plan with the living room front and center. According to Architectural Digest, “With natural hardwood floors and pristine white walls, the inviting space largely centers around a fireplace with white moldings, while a number of floor-to-ceiling picture windows flood the space with natural light. Just beyond the living room is the formal dining room space, which has a wall of French doors that open out onto an outdoor entertaining area.”
Frogmore Cottage
Sounds like the perfect L.A. home to us. While Meghan might be missing the California sun from back home, it doesn’t look like she’s complaining about her new home near Windsor Castle. Both Meghan and Harry spent a cool $3 million dollars to fix up Frogmore Cottage before they moved in earlier this year. Some reports say that the Duke and Duhcess of Sussex gave the place the fixer upper that it needed and also included a modern nursery for their son Archie and a modern yoga studio for Meghan. The Sussexes moved in shortly before Archie was born back in May.
Meanwhile, there’s some speculation that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are looking to do a U.S. tour sometime in 2020. And while it doesn’t look like they will be visiting Meghan’s old marital home, there’s a very good chance that they will visit with Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland, who still lives in Los Angeles. So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about a possible Stateside tour but we will update you with more details as they come in!
