The 53-year-old, who has never really had a strong relationship with Meghan to begin with, says that she’s ready and willing to tell her story, despite what her critics may think. She even took a swipe at Meghan by calling her the “Duchess of Nonsense.”
She told the Daily Star in a new interview, “Everyone will just have to read it to see what really goes on in the shadows. My book is much more comprehensive as it definitely takes an in-depth look. (It is an) in-depth look at the unspoken dynamics through and beyond the wedding…opening the book and reading it puts a spotlight on the shadows.”
Of course, Meghan herself is yet to make any comments about Samantha’s book, or any of the controversy surrounding her family and their behavior. Yet, at this point, it’s doubtful that she will. Meghan has made it pretty clear that she has moved on and is enjoying her new life as the Duchess of Sussex in her new home at Kensington Palace.
