It looks like the British tabloids aren’t the only ones that have been giving Prince Harry and Meghan Markle such a hard time in the last year. That’s because Meghan’s estranged half-sister Samantha Markle has also been throwing the Duchess of Sussex under the bus by airing out all of their family’s dirty laundry. And now there’s a report that says Samantha is being investigated by the police in Florida for alleged cyberbullying. Here’s what you need to know.

Meghan Markle Royal News: Samantha Markle And The Family’s Very Public Dirty Laundry

It’s no secret that Samantha Markle has been one of her sister’s biggest critics and has often gone on the record to say that Meghan has chosen not to remain in contact with the Markle side of her family for several different reasons. Even though Samantha has acknowledged that the family has had their fair share of problems, she has continuously tried to reach out to Meghan – through the media, no less – to help repair their relationship. Unfortunately for Samantha, Meghan wants nothing to do with her or any of her other relatives back in the U.S., with the lone exception being her mother, Doria Ragland.

And now reports say that Samantha is being investigated for cyberbullying. While no one knows exactly what Samantha said this time around, a police report from Polk County, Florida states that there have been several complaints made – from some as far as Sweden, Australia and the U.K. – against Samantha. As many royal fans know, Samantha is known for making scathing remarks about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex along with the rest of the royal family on her Twitter account.

Meghan Markle’s Sister Samantha Markle Investigated For Cyberbullying

An officer working on the case told Britain’s Sunday Mirror, “There have been multiple reports of allegations of cyber-bullying made. Samantha Markle is aware of this allegation. She has not been arrested. This is an ongoing case and I cannot speculate on a timeline yet or make any other comment. It is a large and widespread investigation and is likely to be a long process.”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the case, although it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Meghan has also remained silent.
