It seems like this is a problem that just won’t go away for the Sussexes. Of course, we are talking about Meghan Markle as it seems like her staffing crisis has gotten worse.

That’s because there’s a new report that says Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s communications guru, Meridth Maines, just quit after only 10 months on the job.

And while no one knows what has happened behind closed doors, this has prompted a lot of people to wonder what might be going on because it seems like Harry and Meghan’s staffers keep dropping like flies.

There was even a report about a week ago that Harry and Meghan are down to two remaining staff members and it seems like they even have their foot out the door, too.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “The big question was, would Archewell close, or would another charity take it over? Harry and Meghan were looking to get a fiscal sponsor, someone to take on the outgoing costs and to keep things cheap.”

For the Duke and Duchess of Sussex,this has to be very concerning because these are not the kind of headlines that they want attached to their names.

But then again, this has also been happening for years. It seems like Harry and Meghan have a very hard time keeping their staff members for longer than just a few short months. Simply put, no one wants to even work with them anymore.

Now, that’s not to say that working for Archwell is hard. Instead, it might be the pressure that the Duchess of Sussex herself probably puts on her staff members to ensure that everything is going well and smoothly.

That, or there’s also the possibility that Meghan likes to micro manage her staff so much that a lot of people can’t take it anymore and just quit in order to not only save themselves, but their mental health as well.

So far the Duchess of Sussex herself has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space for more.
