A royal commentator predicted that the Duchess could be looking forward to branching out into other avenues — including T.V. shows. This comes after she launched a trademark bid for T.V. programs and videos.
Archetype is defined as being “typical of an original thing from which others are copied”.

If the trademark is granted, the name will be owned by Archewell Audio rather than Spotify.
Meghan could face lawsuits from other companies, who have been using the name Archetypes for a long time, such as as the skincare and cleaning products business Archetypes, which already has a trademark.
The application is filed by Archewell Audio — Harry and Meghan’s production company — and is listed on the United States Patent and Trademark Office site.
It is grouped under the category of “goods and services” and covers a long list of related items including downloadable audio recordings and podcasts.

All the items apply to “the fields of cultural treatment of women and stereotypes facing women”.
The trademark application is proof that Meghan could be planning to expand her entertainment empire to include audiovisuals.
The application covers “audiovisual recordings, recorded webcasts, video podcasts, and television programs.”
This is coming as Meghan Markle publicly mourned the death of her close friend and animal lover Oli Juste, who she wrote “tragically and very suddenly passed away” in January.
