Prince Harry allegedly has a serious problem on his hands. According to Neil Sean, few people are interested in paying for the return and security of the former working royals.
That includes the British government.
No Security Changes For Harry?
The commentator argued that ministers have more pressing issues on their agenda and questioned why officials would prioritise top-level security for Harry and Meghan.
According to Sean, the Home Office report shows Harry has “basically been told no” on the security issue.
Level-headed observers might note that there hasn’t been any public announcement that RAVEC restored the automatic level of police protection Harry previously received as a working royal.
A Dilemma
Sean addressed the issue during Thursday night’s Daily News Headlines vlog on YouTube.
The royal commentator claimed Prince Harry now faces a “huge dilemma.”

He described the UK government as “virtually anti-royal.” In his opinion, Harry couldn’t have picked a worse time to fight this fight.
Sean also said the late Queen Elizabeth set the rules: “Basically, you’re in or you’re out.” And Harry chose out.
Some Opinionated Claims
Sean made a lot of claims, like Invictus sponsors were looking “a bit threadbare.”
He called the games a “vanity project” that was “draining the economy.”
However, he didn’t provide evidence to support those claims. They were just his opinions, and as far as his many followers go, that seems just fine.
Focus On Meghan
He also spent a weird amount of time on Meghan Markle. In his opinion, she would “find an excuse” not to come to the UK for the Invictus launch.
Sean claimed that she’d only want an updated picture of Archie for “utilization on social media.”
The commentator appeared to focus much of his criticism on Meghan rather than the specifics of Harry’s security case.
Legal Arguments Absent?
Rather than discussing the legal arguments behind Harry’s security case, Sean focused on what Meghan might be thinking about her brand.
The royal commentator then predicted the Invictus organisation might “simply dump him” because “what’s the point?”
He argued that no senior royals would attend and claimed the King had “not agreed to any meeting.”
A Cornered Man
Harry, according to Sean, is “still steaming” over the rejection. The only thing he has left is to bring his children to “shore up his very thin position.”
According to Sean, that was the takeaway: a man cornered. A man who needs Invictus more than it needs him. Or at least that’s what Neil Sean reckons.
Viewers React
Certainly, Sean managed to push a side of the Prince Harry arguments into a place that many people could relate to.
Whether folks like it or not, Harry and Meghan have become polarizing.
One viewer wrote, “Haz left he’s not a working royal? He’s entitled to nothing.”
Here are a few more responses from the discussion:
- He’s stamping his foot like a toddler demanding he be treated just like his big brother. Grow up Harry. No. One. Cares. About. You. Anymore.
- It’s about time that the security mess finished. Now, H/M need to be done.
- Harry and Meghan have proved time and time again that they don’t need private security. They fly all over the place without it.
