New Balance & Kate Middleton Doing Business Using Authority Granted by King Charles?

British royal family news reveals that Princess Catherine and Prince William have received some attention from a major brand after showcasing some of their intimate moments, a move that comes on the heels of Kate being granted a rare power.

King Charles granted Kate Middleton the power to issue Royal Warrants, only the fourth current royal to be able to do so. The authority is rare, as fewer than a handful of royals have been granted the privilege.

The other three royals who have authority to bestow royal warrants are King Charles, his wife Queen Camilla, and his son and Catherine’s husband, Prince William.

What is a Royal Warrant?

A Royal Warrant is the most prestigious recognition that a brand or a company can receive from the monarchy.

As such Royal Warrants are awarded to individuals and/or companies that routinely supply goods or services to the royal household; they do so with the approval of the monarch.

As you might expect, the warrants are coveted public certificates because they decree that a company has a member of the Royal Family as a client.

A short time after the report was announced, Prince William and Kate Middleton posted a sweet Valentine’s Day Instagram post which caught the attention of a major brand.

New Balance Hearts The Royals

The Prince and Princess of Wales’ Valentine’s Day photo was a still taken from the September video in which she announced that she was cancer free. It shows the couple casually seated outdoors in a relaxed setting.

In the comments section of the Instagram account, New Balance sneaker brand “shared a heart emoji and seemed to disclose that the couple wore their shoes in the picture” according to Geo Tv.
Is Kate Middleton Using Authority Granted by King Charles?

The comment got tongues wagging since it was an obvious, public acknowledgement that some took to indicate that the brand is associated with the royals.

“It could not be independently confirmed if the footwear manufacturer has been awarded the Royal Warrant by Kate Middleton” but if this is the case, perhaps it’s time to buy New Balance stock?
