New Book Contradicts Prince Harry’s Claims About Queen Camilla
Apparently, both Harry and his brother Prince William even decorated signs on their wedding day and gleefully cheered the newly wedded couple on with nothing but positive support. Or so it seems.
Grant Harrold, who used to work for King Charles as his personal butler, suggests that both Prince Harry and Prince William were ecstatic about their father marrying Camilla Parker-Bowles back in 2005. But whether or not that is actually true, could be anyone’s guess.
In his new memoir, Harrold recalled King Charles and Queen Camilla’s wedding day by writing, “We all went outside to wave them off and laughed as we saw William and Harry had decorated their car.”’
“As they drove off, the boys raced after them to cheers and applause.”

However, in his own book, Spare, Prince Harry explicitly told his father King Charles that he didn’t want to see him marrying Camilla for better or for worse.
He said, “We support you, we said. We endorse Camilla, we said. Just please don’t marry her. ‘Just be together, Pa.’”
However, Harrold contradicts that statement by saying William and Harry truly did get along with their father’s new wife.
He wrote, “The four of them, I promise you, got on so well, and that’s why I don’t understand what Harry said. I really don’t understand. Because I saw them. I saw them having dinners together, I saw them having drinks together, I saw them going to parties together.”
So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space for more.
