New Photo Leaves Prince William In Shame At Royal Engagement

While there was a time not too long ago when the royals could easily get hundreds of people to wait in line to see them in public, it seems like that might not be the case anymore.

That’s because during Prince William’s most recent royal engagement, it seemed like no one showed up to see him.

And for the future king of England, that certainly lands as an embarrassment because it seems like no one really cares about him anymore. That, or they just don’t care about the monarchy.

Clearly, many royalists on both sides of the aisle certainly did have a lot to say about the matter on social media and let’s just say that none of it was very pretty.

Some even commented with, “Princess Diana was the one who drew large crowds. And frankly, the popularity of the British royal family has declined significantly in recent years! Most of the news about them is scandalous.”

Another critic wrote, “You can find plenty of film pre Diana where Elizabeth, prince charles, even a young prince Andrew would draw huge crowds.”

What’s Next For Prince William?

“It’s a different era now where the average Brit doesn’t care that much to see the royals, it’s also much easier to see them through media. Also yeah the scandals don’t help.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I can’t imagine signing up for attending a Royal engagement, knowing how many super restrictive rules the plebs have to abide by and also knowing that I’d be met with someone who was either pissed off to have to be there or bored out their mind.”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is a whole lot more to come.
