Someone sure has a lot of explaining to do. Jane Kerr, who used to work as a royal correspondent for Piers Morgan while he was still editor of The Mirror, says that her former boss used to “inject” information into her stories without explaining where it was coming from. Piers Morgan Used To ‘Inject’ Information About Royal Stories
As many royal fans are probably aware by now, Prince Harry has slapped a lawsuit against the Mirror Group Newspapers, claiming that they used illegal and unlawful ways to obtain personal information about him and other members of the royal family.
However, Kerr says that she never hacked anyone’s phone, mostly because she wouldn’t know how. Either way, her name was on a byline 33 times for newspaper articles about Prince Harry.
Kerr did add that Piers Morgan, who was the Daily Mirror’s editor at the time, “would occasionally direct or inject information into a story” without adding a source. She also said that, “I can’t say for sure where I got them from, because I can’t remember. It’s possible Piers gave them to me.”
Clearly, it’s very possible that Prince Harry might be trying to pin down Piers Morgan for allegedly hacking his phone while he was still the editor of The Mirror.

He also claims that the British television personality has used intimidation tactics to keep the royal quiet or worse, try and convince him to drop his lawsuit altogether. Of course, that hasn’t happened yet.

During his first day on the witness stand, Harry called out Piers by saying, “Unfortunately, as a consequence of me bringing my Mirror Group claim, both myself and my wife have been subjected to a barrage of horrific personal attacks and intimidation from Piers Morgan, who was the Editor of the Daily Mirror between 1995 and 2004, presumably in retaliation and in the hope that I will back down, before being able to hold him properly accountable for his unlawful activity towards both me and my mother during his editorship.”
