Royal Family News: Prince Andrew Must Face Court, Bid To Have Case Dropped Rejected

British royal family news shows that today the federal judge presiding over the lawsuit involving Prince Andrew ruled it will move forward and be heard in fall. The New York justice declined to agree with Andrew’s lawyers that he dismiss the case in which Virginia Giuffre alleges she, “was sexually trafficked to the royal when she was underage.” Andrew denies the charge against him.

Giuffre’s complaint is neither, “’unintelligible’ nor ‘vague’ nor ‘ambiguous,'” Kaplan. “It alleges discrete incidents of sexual abuse in particular circumstances at three identifiable locations. It identifies to whom it attributes that sexual abuse.”

Andrew’s friend, dead convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was accused of trafficking her and forcing her to have sex with his friends, and she asserts that Andrew had sex with her three times while she was a minor (17).

Royal Family News – Will Prince Andrew Testify?

Andrew is Queen Elizabeth II’s third child and long rumored to be her favorite. His case has hung like a dark cloud over the palace and the circumstances surrounding it have resulted in his removal as a senior royal and good luck finding any mention of him on royal social media.

Andrew now has, “until July 14 to potentially answer questions about the case under oath, following a ruling made by Kaplan last year. If the case is not settled, Prince Andrew could face a trial date between September and December 2022,” according to CNN.

The civil suit is connected to, “sprawling and disturbing allegations against Epstein, the wealthy sex offender who befriended a series of powerful men despite a sketchy history.”

Royal Family News – Will Prince Andrew Participate In Court Proceedings?

In July 2019 Epstein was indicted on federal sex trafficking charges; he killed himself in prison before he could face trial.

Maxwell was his girlfriend and is Prince Andrew’s friend. She was arrested in 2020 as his “pimp.” In December she was convicted of five federal counts, including sex trafficking a minor and conspiracy.

Royal Family News – The Queen Was Paying Andrew’s Expenses

While Kaplan’s ruling Wednesday permitted the lawsuit to move forward, he did not determine the facts or validity of the case. No one has gone on record to indicate how this latest development could possibly go well for Andrew.
