Prince George’s Teacher To Marry Prince William’s Best Friend
Lucy Lanigan-O’Keefe is the assistant head teacher at Thomas’s Clapham, where the future King of England goes to school every day. And apparently, she’s about to get even a little closer to the royal family. Here’s what you need to know.
We are pretty sure that everyone remembers the beautiful blonde that accompanied Prince George and his father Prince William on his first day of school. Unfortunately, Kate Middleton couldn’t be there to hold her son’s hand because she had just given birth to her second child, Princess Charlotte. That’s when Lucy stepped in and helped George out on his first day. As a result, she became media famous for that very special photo op.
According to the Daily Mail, Lucy is also very close to Prince William’s circle of friends in London. His best friend Thomas van Straubenzee recently proposed to the blonde beauty. She said yes and now the happy couple is planning their wedding. The report says that Prince William was one of the very first people to find out about the engagement. Thomas is also the godfather to four-year-old Princess Charlotte.

Prince William Will Be A Page Boy At The Wedding
So far no details about their wedding have been revealed, although rumor has it that Prince George is expected to be a pageboy at their wedding. And for someone like George, this should be a piece of cake. He’s already gotten plenty of experience in the royal London circuit, having served as a pageboy for his aunts Pippa Midddleton, Meghan Markle and even Princess Eugenie on their wedding days.
For fans, it will be interesting to see if all of the Cambridges and the Sussexes will attend the wedding. While there’s no doubt that Thomas and William are very close, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle haven’t been getting along much with the Cambridges, let alone their social circle of friends.
