If there’s anything that we’ve learned about Bethenny Frankel over the years, it’s that she’s definitely someone who doesn’t hold back, especially when it comes to speaking her mind.

And that’s exactly what she did again when she talked about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and how they’ve failed to make a mark with their brand.

In fact, Bethenny skewered the royal couple by suggesting that they couldn’t find success simply because they were all over the map when it came to their brand.

In the beginning, Harry and Meghan managed to make a quick buck when they gossiped about the royal family in their Netflix docuseries and in Harry’s book, Spare.

But things have flopped for the couple when Meghan launched her new lifestyle brand, As Ever, and her lifestyle show, With Love, Meghan. That’s because there were more people willing to tune out than in, which is why they lost their contract with the online streamer.

Speaking to Us Weekly about the situation, the former Real Housewives of New York star certainly didn’t hold back.

What’s Next For Prince Harry And Meghan Markle?

She told the publication in a new interview, “I think the truth is, like Meghan and Harry, I bet they’re good, decent people. They didn’t want the fame, but they didn’t want to give up the lifestyle, because it’s expensive.”

“Now they’re living in Montecito, and it’s hard for things to land. It’s hard to land all of those things, and they wanted to do it in a timely manner because they realized there was a certain window of opportunity, so they made all these different deals.”

The former reality star continued, “And business is really hard… If it was so easy, everybody would be good at doing it.”

So far both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have not made any comments about the criticism they’ve received, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said.
