Royal family polls hint at some advice for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. And it boils down to one simple tip. Talk less, win more fans.
But beyond polls showing that the more Harry and Meghan talk, the more the public dislikes them, royal family experts issued a warning. And amid rumors that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will pen a memoir together, these experts see the royal family as viewing that as blackmail! Get all the details below.
Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Destroy Credibility!
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry might want to take a break from giving interviews to study the results of a new poll. Because the Sussex family seems to suffer from repeatedly annoying the public with their comments. And threats of a second tell-all book have even resulted in the royal family suspecting Meghan and Harry of blackmail, according to Geo.
As a result of both Meghan and Harry slamming the royal family, the Duchess and Duke of Sussex have harmed their reputation. And the damage became evident in new polls. But the gossip about a second tell-all book has sparked accusations beyond hurting their credibility. And some insiders believe that Meghan and Harry seem guilty of “blackmailing” the royal family with the discussions of a new memoir.

Polls show that Meghan and Harry have dropped in popularity in both the United Kingdom and the United States. For instance, an Ipsos Mori poll showed Prince William and Princess Kate reigning as the most popular members of the royal family after Prince Harry released his memoir, Spare. And a Newsweek poll revealed that Meghan and Harry fell even lower in the United States amid second book rumors.
Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Spark Ridicule, Not Reverence!
But polls show that Prince Harry lost the most after his memoir became a best-seller. For instance, the Duke of Sussex fell by 45 points in a United States public opinion poll. And the Duchess of Sussex dropped by 36 points in about four weeks, based on polling for Newsweek.

One problem facing Prince Harry: Becoming the subject of jokes. And though the Duke of Sussex scored big bucks with his memoir, his tendency to spill too much intimate detail turned into late night talk show host comedy. For example, Harry’s best-selling book contained a passage describing how he remembered his mother by using her favorite lip balm on his frostbitten male organ. Talk show hosts like Jimmy Kimmel couldn’t resist joking about that memory.
And other experts have slammed the Duke of Sussex for including personal and private conversations with his royal relatives in his book. Both in the United States and in the United Kingdom, experts question the ethics of that decision. And the general public does as well.
Prince Harry Slammed For Including Private Conversations In Memoir
For instance, about half of those polled in the United States felt that Harry made the wrong decision to include private dialogues in his book. And only 26 percent agreed with his decision. But the Duke of Sussex refuses to take any accountability for accusations of betraying his family.
And instead, Prince Harry repeatedly blames the media for his public image. For instance, he talked with Oprah Winfrey about the headlines. And the Duke of Sussex complained about the press. “Unfortunately, if the source of the information is inherently corrupt or racist or biased, then that filters out to the rest of society,” said Harry.
