Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Bought A Mansion With Its Own Stripper Pole

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have just proven their critics wrong. Who says they aren’t thrifty? Their new mansion was reportedly a bargain basement deal, a house they got for roughly half of its former asking price. Do you think it’s a fixer-upper?

According to DailyMail.com, the little hideaway was obtained with a $9.5million mortgage (thank you, Prince Charles?) and the price was dropped by about $10million.

Why they need 16 bathrooms is anyone’s guess, but that’s what they got in their home in Montecito. The nearly 15,000 square foot house has a name, “The Chateau.”

What kind of cut-rate mansion did Harry and Meghan buy?

The home, according to property listings, took years to build and has a five-car garage, a library, office, spa, game room, arcade, theater, and best of all, a gym with a stripper pole.

The little house has beautiful gardens, a children’s cottage, and a pool, Italian cypress trees, blooming lavender, century-old olive trees, a tennis court, and a tea house.

Where will Meghan’s mom Doria Ragland stay? Perhaps in the two-bedroom, two-bath guest house?

Harry and Meghan’s latest mansion is on a private road in Montecito

In case you want to visit the Markle’s be prepared for a 90-minute drive from downtown Los Angeles. It is estimated that at current interest rates, the couple needs to fork over $40,000 a month to repay a 30-year mortgage. Well, someone will have to pay for it anyway. The property tax is estimated at nearly $70,000.

As some have noted, the pair bought this place while they still owe the British taxpayer $3.1 million for Frogmore Cottage, their former UK home.

How will the unemployed pair pay for two houses?

It has been reported that jobless Harry and Meghan purchased the home with help from his dad, Prince Charles. But a source told DailyMail.com that the shameless couple, “feel proud to have struck out on their own and they are saying they bought it without any help from his family.” Right.

“They do have a mortgage, but they see this as their own place, free from relying on anyone else – a proper family home,” the source said.

Nevermind that most families do not live in mega million-dollar mansions, regardless of who is paying for it. And most family houses do not have stripper poles.

Page Six reported that the pair have been living outside of Tyler Perry’s mansion for a month and a half and the LA Times is reporting that the seller is Russian businessman Sergey Grishin.
