British Royal News: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Branded As Royal Hypocrites
Page Six columnist Maureen Callahan has slammed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for apparently “selling their goods and services” to the highest bidder. While both Harry and Meghan have expressed their desire to live a quieter life in the Canadian woods, that doesn’t seem to be the case. Instead, they are reportedly already lining up work and partnering up with the likes of JP Morgan Chase and Goldman Sachs in the hopes that they can monetize as much as possible in lucrative speaking and endorsement deals.
Callahan puts it this way in her most recent column: “You’d think, for appearances’ sake, they would have held out a little longer. It’s not as if they’re suddenly destitute. Harry and Meghan are, after all, still on the royal payroll through at least May, after which Prince Charles has vowed to support them.”
Even though it’s only been less than a month since Megxit, Harry and Meghan have reportedly already banked on a deal with JP Morgan Chase this past week. Harry apparently made a speech to a room full of VIP members that included former Prime Minister Tony Blair and architect Sir Norman Foster at an event in Miami.
British Royal News: What’s Next For Harry and Meghan?
If that weren’t enough, it’s also been noted that Prince Harry said in his “farewell” speech in London last month that he wanted to live a much quieter life with his family. Instead, he and Meghan have been enjoying dinner with high-profiled celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez, staying at Serena Williams’ mansion and taking private jets to events in which they are being most likely compensated rather substantially.
