It looks like the money might be drying up. There’s a new report that suggests Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are desperate for cash which is one of the reasons why they plan to sell their Montecito home.

The couple are looking to make a profit from their mansion simply because they don’t have much income coming in right now. Here’s what you need to know.

If there’s anything that royal fans and critics know by now, it’s that 2023 was not a very good year for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

They lost some lucrative contracts, were mercilessly mocked by their critics and worse, there seems to be no end in sight with their neverending feud with the royal family.

That’s because Prince Harry’s book, Spare, made things significantly worse between the Sussexes and the royals back in the UK. There’s no way that King Charles would ever give Harry a financial loan if he needed one.

As much as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex want to stay in Montecito, it looks like they will have to make some significant changes in the coming months ahead. They can’t afford to keep up with the bills anymore which is why they might downsize.

Not only that, but they also need the cash from the house sale. At this point, they need it in order to survive. As of press time, Harry and Meghan have not been able to replace any of the contracts that they’ve lost last year.

Royal Family News – What’s Next For Harry And Meghan?

So far Harry and Meghan have not made any comments about the situation, nor have they said anything about their future plans.

However, it’s been hinted that the Sussexes want to live in Malibu so they can be closer to Los Angeles.
