Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Labeled As A ‘Hollywood Flop’

Yikes. It seems like things are truly going from bad to worse for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle these days. In fact, there’s a new report that says the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have no one but to blame themselves for all of the negative headlines that they’ve been generating lately. In fact, one huge publication has even gone as far as to call Harry and Meghan Hollywood’s latest flop. Here’s what you need to know.

Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Labeled As A ‘Hollywood Flop’

As many royal fans are probably aware of by now, Spotify pink slipped Harry and Meghan and cut the cord on their $20 million deal for not producing enough content for the three years that they’ve been with them.

If that weren’t enough, Bill Simmons, who is the head of Podcast Innovation and Monetization at Spotify, ripped the royal couple into pieces when he called them lazy grifters.

He put it this way, “The f***ing grifters. That’s the podcast we should have launched with them. He just whines about s**t and keeps giving interviews. Who gives a s**t? Who cares about your life? You weren’t even the favorite son. You live in f***ing Montecito and you just sell documentaries and podcasts and nobody cares what you have to say about anything unless you talk about the royal family and you just complain about them.”

The Future Isn’t Looking Bright For Harry And Meghan

And now the Wall Street Journal wants to have their say in the matter. In a new scathing report about the Sussexes, writer Eric Schwartzel puts it this way, “Prince Harry and Meghan’s Hollywood foray is looking like a flop.

They arrived in Southern California three years ago with Duke and Duchess titles and plans to capitalize on a cash-rich streaming business desperate for star power to lure subscribers. The big-ticket deals that followed—$100 million at Netflix, more than $20 million at Spotify—have led to more cancellations and rejections than produced shows.”

Clearly, Harry and Meghan have run out of good ideas or the world just doesn’t want to hear about their ideas at all. Either way, the future is looking anything but bright for the Sussexes. Watch this space.
