On September 8, the royal family will gather to honor the first anniversary of Queen Elizabeth’s death, that is, without Harry and Meghan Markle.

It is understood that the Montecito-based couple will be marking the anniversary their “own way.”
However, a royal commentator has claimed that their own way will involve more self-promotion and finding new ways to steal the front pages.
Prince Harry And Meghan Markle To Mark Queen’s Anniversary Separately From the Other Members of the Royal Family
Even though Harry and Meghan will be visiting Germany this year to take part in the Invictus Games, it is understood that they will not be branching over to the UK.
It is as well since it is reported that they have not been invited to any family events, and have so far been excluded from spending their summer at Balmoral Castle with the King and the rest of Harry’s family.

This doesn’t mean that they would be snubbing the Queen’s upcoming anniversary, as a close source revealed that they indeed plan to honor the day in a way that means something to them.
Meanwhile, royal commentator Anna McGovern doubts the goodwill of these former royals, who have been critical of the monarchy even before the Queen’s death.
“I think that they will take any opportunity to make anything about themselves, which I think completely misses the point about what the occasion is about,” she opined during a Sky News Australia segment.
“I think that they will capitalise so much off of it, it’ll be front page news and it’ll take away from the official occasion that the royals are gathering to honour.”

Anna added: “I would not be surprised that Harry and Meghan would not find any opportunity to make something about themselves.”

The King Charles was not perfect he cheated on Princes Diana and divorced her than married Camella Bowels. Princes Williams and Kate need to be quite and allow Prince Harry to work through his mental health condition. Megan should be happy with her title and family because divorced people are not look upon as not ha I some baggage.
Of course it will be about them…isnt everything about the ego stroking of the couple who wanted privacy?
The easy way to solve this is for EVERYONE ignore them. Do not write about them. Do not put their pictures in the paper. I never see any thing about H and M in the real papers.
They do not matter here!
Oh yes I think they will try & overshadow things, because they’ll make the memorial about themselves. There will definitely by PR big time.
