As a matter of fact, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have secret code names that they only use in their aides’ phone contact list.According to Britain’s Daily Star, Harry and Meghan’s code names are David Stevens and Davina Scott.

The couple insist that their aides and handlers use these code names in their phones, should their mobile devices get into the wrong hands. If one of their bodyguards were ever to lose their phones, at least no one would get a hold of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s real phone numbers. Apparently, the clue to their identities are in their initials, which makes it a little easier for their staff members to remember Harry and Meghan’s code names.

The royal couple are officially known as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Hence the code names both carry the initials “DS.”The same applies to Prince William and Kate Middleton, who are also known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Their code names in their aides’ phone lists are Danny Collins and Daphne Clark.A royal source revealed: “If anyone got hold of a phone belonging to a royal aide or security team member, they won’t find Harry Windsor and Meghan’s names in it.
