If it seems like there is claim after claim being made about Meghan Markle’s maladjustment to palace life, social faux pas’ and alienating behavior, rest assured it’s real and not your imagination playing tricks on you. It’s easy to assume that she’s being dragged because she’s a celeb, a high-profile figure who is in the public eye and therefore subject to scrutiny.
But there’s a saying that where there’s smoke there’s fire and where Meghan is concerned, there are smoke clouds billowing all around.
Isn’t it quite possible that at least a large pile of her press is true? Setting emotion aside, statistically speaking there comes a point when a stack of evidence is not only overwhelming but the law of averages dictates it is undeniable.
With that logical scenario in mind, today is another day when another book makes another claim about eye-raising behavior from Meghan. Can all these accounts, by so many witnesses and insiders all be wrong?
Did Prince Harry’s spending apparently spark rift with brother Prince William
Today’s book is Royal At War, by Dylan Howard and Andy Tillett. Among its pages claim that Meghan was pivotal in the royal family drama that has engulfed the pair.
For starters, the fam was concerned over how much Prince Harry began spending, none of it his own through his own labor by the way.
How about a £33,000 babymoon for Meghan at a luxury spa?
Did the Duchess of Cambridge warn he should take things slowly?
According to reports, Prince William asked Harry if Meghan was, “the right one?” after meeting her. Allegedly Harry took great offense, but most people’s loved ones ask such a thing, out of genuine concern for their welfare and wellbeing.
Harry took great umbrage apparently which could reveal he’s really insecure or really sensitive and testy. Why not laugh it off and respond in the affirmative?
William’s question about his future offended Harry?
Was Harry trying to regain a mother in choosing Meghan? The authors suggest that Megxit was a result of Harry’s feeling, “he couldn’t protect his mother, so he’s going all out to protect his wife. He is so sensitive he often sees criticism or negativity where there isn’t any.”
The authors contend that Harry’s spending transformation is a big reason for any rift that occurred after Meghan came on the scene.
The Frogmore Cottage renovation they demanded cost over £2million of taxpayers’ money yet Meghan decided it wasn’t up to their standards and abandoned it.

Yet another jaw-dropping figure estimates that Meghan spent nearly £500,000 on maternity clothes! It is very easy to spend someone else’s money apparently.
“The fact that Meghan splashed so much cash rang alarm bells with the traditionally conservative Queen Elizabeth,” said the authors.

Only a self-absorbed hypocrite would spend 500K on maternity clothes and say she wants to save the world. How many meals, motel stays, innoculations could Meghan have bought with the money she spent on clothes she’ll only wear one time?
I’m not surprised with her behavior, typical of a social climber and gold digger.
Sara I agree with you and quite a few were not flattering especially in light of the total amount of the clothes
“It is very easy to spend someone else’s money apparently.” Love the quote.
