Prince Harry And Meghan Markle’s Staff Members Are Dropping Like Flies

It looks like 2026 is going to be a dreary year for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. That’s because there’s a new report that suggests their staff members are dropping like flies. In other words, no one wants to work for Archwell anymore. Per Page Six, Harry and Meghan are down to two remaining staff members and it seems like they even have their foot out the door, too.

Not only that, but it seems like Harry and Meghan are also making a desperate attempt to save some cash, which is why they’ve been forced to downsize.

Some insiders are even saying that Archwell has become such a disaster behind the scenes, that Meghan herself is refusing to see it or acknowledge the problems they’ve been having. In other words, it’s all been nothing more than smoke and mirrors.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “The big question was, would Archewell close, or would another charity take it over? Harry and Meghan were looking to get a fiscal sponsor, someone to take on the outgoing costs and to keep things cheap.”

However, a spokesperson for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tried to set the record straight by saying, “Currently, the same full team remains in place. This move does mean that some staff redundancies are inevitable, particularly with junior admin roles.”

What’s Next For Harry And Meghan?

Now, whether or not that is true, no one really knows, but it’s not like Harry and Meghan have a reliable stream of income at the moment.

Almost every major brand that they’ve worked with in the last few years have dropped them, with the lone exception being Netflix.

So far both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex haven’t made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said.

But at the same time, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle know that this is the kind of negative headline that they don’t need to have the world reading about them right now.

That’s why they are willing to do whatever they can to retain their staff members, even though there are more people out there who are willing to work for much less than be in the same room as Harry and Meghan, apparently.
