Prince Harry And Meghan Will Send King Charles Christmas Gift As Reconciliation

This Christmas will mark King Charles’ fifth celebration without Harry, Meghan Markle and their two young children.

The Sussexes last spent Christmas with the royals in 2018, as they opted to spend 2019’s Christmas with Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland.

In 2020, the Sussexes’ relationship with the royal family publicly unraveled and ever since then, they’ve spent their Christmases away from the royals.

However, sources close to the Montecito-based couple say they are intent on pushing for reconciliation, even though Omid Scobie’s book “Endgame” has sort of made reconciliation between both parties seem like a pipe dream.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will go on live TV to proclaim that the royals have deeply hurt them and turn around and want them again. When Harry released his controversial book, “Spare,” reconciling with his family was still at the forefront of his thoughts, and time hasn’t changed that.

One well-placed source told Page Six: “Harry and Meghan’s new strategy is reconciliation.”

In fact, they made the first move at reconciliation when Harry called King Charles to wish him well on his 65th birthday. It is believed to be the first time he’s spoken to his father in six months.

Harry, who’ll turn 40 this coming September, is said to be more aware of the passing years and wants to spend it with loved ones.

The cherry on the pie, of course, is that Prince William is neither willing nor ready to heal anything with Harry. We saw how his last public show of trust went down with more stabbing from the Sussex camp.

According to William’s friends, he is currently dedicated to his family and his position as a prince and heir of the United Kingdom. As for reconciliation, he wants to give Harry a few years before he can begin to make that move.

Had Scobie’s book not been published, sources were convinced Harry would have tried to get a Christmas invite at Sandringham for himself and his family. Yup, it’s how badly the Sussexes reportedly want to reconcile with the royals.
