Prince Harry And Meghan’s Children Having A Hard Time Adjusting To Life In The UK

Transitions are never easy, regardless if you are a member of the royal family or not. It goes without saying that we are talking about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s family as there’s a new report that suggests their two children, Archie and Lilibet, are having a hard time adjusting to their new lives in the UK.

And by that, we mean they are having a hard time with the typical British breakfast, if you know what we mean.

Speaking to Hello! Magazine during the WellChild Awards in London last week, Prince Harry gave the British press a little glimpse of his family’s new life in the UK and let’s just say that Archie and Lilibet are probably missing the Cheerios and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that they left back at home in America.

The Duke of Sussex said, “OK yes Marmite on crumpets – please tell me that is a British thing because it has always been in my life and now the kids are eating Marmite on crumpets which is a big moment for me.”

“They used to dis me for having Marmite in the house but now we are in the UK that is kind of like water under the bridge.”

Now, as far as trying to get his kids to like the typical English delicacy, Prince Harry added, “I already tried beans on toast. That was in California. That was years ago. It didn’t go down very well at all.”

What’s Next For Prince Harry And Meghan Markle?

Then again, who can really blame the kids for feeling the way that they do about beans and toast? It’s clearly not a snack that everyone enjoys.

Plus, it probably doesn’t beat the In-N-Out burger runs that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle used to enjoy while they were still living in California, too.

So far the Duke and Duchess of Sussex haven’t made any additional comments about the matter. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
