Needless to say, many royal fans and critics alike have certainly weighed in on the matter on social media. Some comments have included, “I am a monarchist and a royalist. I make no apologies for that. BUT why are ppl/media/palace so interested in shaming, shunning, and stripping the titles from Harry and Megan than they are of Prince Andrew. The Sussexes are in NO WAY comparable to the depravity of Prince Andrew,” along with, “The fact that the media has more of an issue with one Prince and his wife simply talking about what they went through then with the Prince that had sex with an underaged/trafficked girl and was friends with a pedofile is deeply troubling.”

Prince Andrew’s life definitely isn’t like it was before and especially now that his brother King Charles III has taken the throne. There were reports indicating that the Duke of York wanted to make a comeback in the spotlight, but King Charles is making sure that never happens. Too much damage has been done with Prince Andrew’s association with the dead but also disgraced financer, Jeffrey Epstein.

Not only that, but all the accusations that were made against him have certainly but a dent in his reputation. Andrew was accused of sexual assault and apparently paid his accuser a huge sum of money to make all of the headlines go away.

And while no one knows exactly what Prince Andrew is doing behind closed doors these days, some reports say that he’s still trying to break free from the confines of his very boring life and step back into the spotlight in one way or another.
