British royal family news divulges that Meghan Markle has a brand-new corporate identity, ‘American Riviera Orchard.’
She and her husband Prince Harry fled from the monarchy in 2020 and this is the latest hot air project to be floated from their Montecito Word Salad Farm.
The little outfit has nothing to see here, literally no merch on the shelves. The venture may be making Harold a tad uncomfortable. A royal expert explains why.

Tom Quinn told the Mirror “Harry thinks the new brand is a great idea because it’s Meghan’s idea – he’s still so loved up that she can do no wrong in his eyes.
We have to remember that he grew up in a family that would’ve looked down on this kind of commercial enterprise, so there is a part of Harry that’s uncomfortable which is why we are unlikely to see Harry personally baking cakes or demonstrating kitchen utensils.”
On March 14 Markle rolled out the name American Riviera Orchard, pasted all over a new and improved website and on Instagram.
It came on the same day as Prince William’s highly publicized tribute to his late mother Diana, leading some to speculate she tried to steal his thunder.
Her bio on Instagram reads: “By Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex. Established 2024.” Her ridiculed post, featuring the song “Wish You Love” shows the woman picking flowers in the garden while wearing a bouffant ball gown.

People unearthed the American Riviera Orchard trademark applications submitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
They reveal that Meghan’s bougie dollar store goods involve cosmetics, home décor, stationery, linens, small kitchen appliances, condiments, yoga and gardening goods, plus dog collars.
She also wants to sell wine bags, perhaps an acknowledgement of her rebranded blog The Tig.

American Riviera Orchard’s Instagram page has 586,000 followers and counting. Among them is Kris Jenner. Which is quite a stoop from the likes of Oprah.
But at least one pundit thinks that Meghan has what it takes to be a success. PR pro Lynn Carratt told the Mirror: “Meghan has the potential to make a name for herself in the cosmetic industry. Love her or hate her, one thing you can say about her is that she looks good, she knows how to use the right creams and make-up to accentuate her features and make her skin look good.”
