While being interviewed for the ITV News documentary “Tabloids on Trial,” the Duke of Sussex explained why he will never bring Meghan Markle to Great Britain ever again. That’s because he truly fears for her safety.

He argues it just takes “one lone actor…to act on what they’ve read” and adds “whether it’s a knife or acid,” and that’s why Meghan won’t come to the UK with him.

Of course, many royal fans and critics alike sure did have a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some have even commented with, “Why does someone who lives in such fear do so much to call attention to himself w the interviews, book, series full of salacious details that feed the tabloid fires?”

“It’s like a self-fulfilling prophecy. Go live quietly and stop giving them content if you’re so scared.”

Another critic wrote, “He really thinks they are that important, right? No one cares about them and people dislike them because of all the awful things they did against the RF and the country. He can blame himself and his wife for that!”

And then there was this comment as well, “But it’s safe for her to freely go around LA, Nigeria and sit in a public cinema in Jamaica….. Okaaaaaay.”

“If they give sufficient notice of their coming to the U.K., they get full royal security protection too. I honestly can’t believe the nonsense this man comes out with.”
