Harry is still a UK citizen, despite living in California with his family and calling it his home. According to reports, he is yet to file for American citizenship, though the thought of it is weighing on his mind.

Meghan has been awfully supportive of his endeavors, including being present during his Polo matches and accompanying him to UN during Nelson Mandela Day. Now, it seems Harry is looking forward to showing his support back.

According to an insider, leaving the Royal Family may be a big step, but it certainly won’t be the biggest he’s made to keep Meghan happy and glowing.

For its August issue, a source told Globe Magazine that Meghan wants Harry to totally commit to the US, which he has publicly declared his home.

The insider further said that Harry is onboard to give up his UK citizenship, even though he knows “it’ll cause a huge stink and likely mean the end of his relationship with the senior royals, but that’s something he’s willing to risk.”

The source added, “At the end of the day, Meghan’s happiness and career ambitions need to be supported. She’s very woke and determined to change the world by crusading for the environment while flying in private jets – women’s rights and civil rights. Meanwhile, Harry’s looking forward to pledging his allegiance to the American flag and being plain old Harry Mountbatten-Windsor.”

As Meghan continues to chase her dreams, close sources are saying that Harry is readily taking on the role of a “house-husband”.

Rumors of Meghan Markle forging a future for herself in politics has been plaguing the 40-year-old as early as when she and Britain’s Prince Harry stepped down from being working senior royals. The rumors intensified when she “cold-called” senators to lobby for a “paid leave for all” bill and her recent personal letter condemning US Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe vs Wade.
