The Duke of Sussex has been working on a mental health fitness project for three years and he’s now introduced it on HeadFIT.org. In a video, Harry describes the mental fitness tool geared toward aiding military troops.
As a former soldier, Harry, 35, would be a perfect spokesperson for the project which offers 24/7 access to self-help tools designed to increase drive, mood, and confidence.
Prince Harry Enjoyed His Time As A Soldier And Is Now Doing Charitable Work For That Population
In the online video, Harry urges members of the military to strengthen the mind-body connection.
In the video, an earnest prince says, “We need you to be able to access that ten or fifteen percent, something which can only be attained when you adopt a regular routine for training the mind and the body as a single unit. I know this to be true. It works for me.”
The project was reportedly meant to debut in June. Its premature launch is said to be in response to the coronavirus pandemic. Of course, having Harry appear at this time as the spokesperson for a military project would also shine up his public profile.

In the video, Harry says, “Today, when we talk about fitness, we don’t just mean how fast you can run or how much weight you can carry. This is about mental fitness, strength, and resilience, not just while wearing a uniform, but for the rest of your life.”
The message is clear: do what you can to take the best possible care of yourself physically and mentally. No one can argue with that message, unlike some of the other messages Harry has been a part of in recent days.
Being the spokesperson for this initiative will no doubt shine a positive light on the Prince, something he sorely needs.
Is it A Coincidence That Harry Launched A Do-Good Project On Monday Following Friday’s Trial Kick-Off?
On Friday the suit Meghan launched against the press began proceedings and the publicity around that is decidedly not positive for the couple.

Is it purely a coincidence that the prince’s military initiative was pushed forward to coincide with the trial, or is it a calculated move done for self-serving purposes?
In the video, Harry states, “This is about optimization of self. This is about being the best you can be.” Is he talking about himself or the charity project?
