Prince Harry May Attend The Coronation If Relationship With His Family Improves

For months, there’s been speculations and predictions regarding whether Prince Harry would be attending his father’s coronation coming up in May. Some believe he will, some say he wouldn’t.

The truth is… Harry doesn’t even know himself.

Prince Harry Tells Tom Bradby About His Plans Regarding His Father’s Upcoming Coronation

In a newly released trailer for the Duke of Sussex’s interview with ITV’s Tom Bradby, he was asked point blank whether he planned on attending his father’s coronation.

In reply, Harry said that he’s not really sure, and he can’t answer one way or another unless he knows his family’s reaction, especially after his memoir drops.

“There’s a lot that can happen between now and then. But, you know, the door is always open. The ball is in their court. There’s a lot to be discussed and I really hope that they are willing to sit down and talk about it.”

He also revealed that he’s open to healing his rift with his family, saying, “I want my father and brother back!”

As for the reason he’s being very outspoken about his family drama, Harry emphatically shared, “I don’t know how staying silent is ever going to make things better.”

He also added: “That would be the accusation from the people that don’t understand, or don’t want to believe, that my family have been briefing the press.” This reflects a previous sentiment he and his wife shared on their 6-part Netflix docuseries.

On May 6, King Charles will become the first British monarch to be crowned in over 70 years. Even though proud British pomp and pageantry will be the order of the day, it is understood that Charles wants it to be scaled back to reflect the cost of living crisis happening in the UK.

According to royal sources, Charles still wants to be close to his younger son and is reportedly open to talking things through with him.
