Prince Harry & Meghan Called Buckingham Palace Aides ‘Vipers’ And Queen Elizabeth Wasn’t Happy

According to Omid Scobie, one of the two authors of the new book “Finding Freedom,” Prince Harry and Meghan Markle viewed some palace aides as “vipers.” In turn, Mr. Scobie was questioned about his claims by a BBC host who suggested that Queen Elizabeth hasn’t, and probably won’t, read Mr. Scobie’s book. The host suggested further that, “if she were, she would be horrified, wouldn’t she? This has already been another annus horribilis (horrible year) for the Queen. She won’t enjoy reading this if she does read it.”

For his part, Omid Scobie seems to have all but blamed Queen Elizabeth for racism. The Bazaar.com royal editor replied, “I think the machine and machinations of the institution of the monarchy have long been discussed in the press. It’s ultimately why they failed to really embrace and make it work with an American woman of colour (Meghan Markle) marrying into the House of Windsor.” The term “women of color” originated during the 1970s as a political statement founded in intersectionality.

Critics now wonder if Prince Harry would be happy with Mr. Scobie and Carolyn Durand for authoring this book. After all, many now see it as nothing more than “Sussex Apologetics.” This is especially true if Scobie and Durand felt they had to insult Queen Elizabeth and the entirety of The Firm to defend Meghan Markle.

Meghan And Prince Harry “Victimized” By Buckingham Palace

Evidently, in Omid Scobie’s view, Buckingham Palace was out to get Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. It was all about systemic racism as, “They (Harry and Meghan) were victims to many many leaks time and time again, and stories that were often twisted to make great headlines by those within the institution with other agendas.” Of course, by “other agendas,” Mr. Scobie hinted at racist attitudes amongst the British staffers who were assigned to help (especially) Meghan Markle during her time as a senior working Royal.

However, Mr. Scobie and Ms. Durand don’t limit themselves to subtle jabs about racist attitudes toward Meghan Markle amongst palace staff. No, the co-authors also raised charges of sexism, suggesting that the many reports of a strained relationship between Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle were, “feeding into sexist stereotypes.” Despite these charges, “Finding Freedom” says that there was “no ill will” between the Duchess of Cambridge and the Duchess of Sussex.

Tell All Book On Prince Harry Panned

Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand set out to write a book that provides “insight into their lives (Prince Harry and Meghan Markle), their work, and their decision to step away from royal life, following interviews with over 100 royal insiders.”

Whatever their motives may have been, the tell-all book about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry is getting panned. In fact, an article in Forbes called the tome “escapist monarchical fluff.” Fans of the British Royal family left horrific feedback on “Finding Freedom’s” U.K. Amazon page as well.

For example, one person who bought the book wrote that “Finding Freedom” is a “Biographical autobiography written in the style of Mills & Boon. Sugary love triumphs over adversity story that will be loved by people who love the woke couple and laughed at by the rest. The good: It won’t take you long to read. The bad: It won’t take you long to read.”

Another said, “Given the amount of personal detail about what Harry and Meghan were thinking during certain events you would assume that this book had been written by, or heavily influenced by, Harry and Meghan. However, as they now deny this, the reader can only assume a good proportion of it is made up. The book was supposed to present the other side of the story but, in the end, the reader is left with a very poor impression of the couple. As someone else said – this is very much an ‘own goal.'”

Of course, the “bombshell” book about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle has a disclaimer. It reads as follows, “This book is based on the authors’ own experiences as members of the royal press corps and their own independent reporting.” Moreover, Prince Harry and Meghan have made an effort at damage control. In a statement released through a representative, it was made clear that, “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were not interviewed and did not contribute to ‘Finding Freedom’.”

I’m so tired of everything and everybody being racist. Even jars of cream are now lightening instead of saying white like they have for years. I will not buy those creams because of this. It’s carrying stuff so far that it’s ridiculous. Yes there is racism and there always will be unless you take all the racists and brainwash them somehow. I don’t believe that QE would be that small to want Meghan out of the royal family. I believe that Harry left because he’s Megan’s puppy or puppet, whichever you prefer and does as he’s told. You need to grow a backbone Harry.
