Prince Harry & Meghan’s Archewell Staff Running Away in Droves

British royal family news reveals that soon there will be no one left to guide the airship that is Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s California production company, the one responsible for their small venture, Meghan & Harry. This means nearly 20 employees have fled the Markles since Megxit.

This month Archewell TV executive Bennett Levine left the couple and he was hot on the heels of his former boss, Oscar-winning producer Ben Browning, who managed the couple’s Netflix docu-series Harry & Meghan. Commenters were quick to note the obvious: “Like rats before a sinking ship” and one remarking that “It’s not easy keeping pace with two of the greatest thought leaders ever to walk the earth.”

According to the Daily Mail, Bennett “at least the 17th person to have left the Sussexes’ service” is considered to be a great loss being “considered a young hotshot in the industry.”

Bennett confirmed his departure from Archewell in a message on LinkedIn: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position at Cinetic Media” and a source told royal expert Richard Eden: “It’s a blow to Archewell. There’s no doubt about that.”

Bennett previously worked for Sony Pictures and FilmNation Entertainment where he worked with Ben Browning, who also quit Archewell.

His departure follows Spotify cutting them off last year and many insiders believing that Netflix will do the same this year. If their deal comes to an end they can kiss a reported £80million contract goodbye, virtually the only partnership they have left.

The Royals: The Markles Are Losing Staff

Harry & Meghan, a six-part Netflix documentary debuted to mixed reviews and was branded a “shallow attempt to burnish their public image” at the expense of the royal family.

In it Meghan is seen mocking the queen by recreating the exaggerated curtsy she gave her while the monarch was still alive. Harry smirked as he watched his wife besmirch one of the most beloved women on the planet.

Indeed, one critic called the ego trip “a one-sided promotion of Harry and Meghan’s image” more so than anything else.

Last month Meghan bragged on an LA red carpet that she and Prince Harry had “so many exciting things on the slate” coming up, but couldn’t share any details, just that whatever they were working on would make everyone feel “good” when they saw it.

Please, people, don’t look for those magic glasses, there is nothing to see here, it’s not your eyes that deceive you.
