Prince Harry & Meghan’s UK Exit Bombshell – Security Rejection Could Send Them Packing

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will reportedly be leaving the UK the second their bid to be granted round-the-clock taxpayer-funded security falls through. Or probably just staying long enough to finish their Princess Diana documentary for Netflix.

But, as selfish as you might think leaving because of that might be, Prince Harry’s pal actually says there’s a solid reason behind it.

Prince Harry Would Reportedly Suspect Foul Play Once His Latest Security Bid Gets Denied

Prince Harry has been denied security by RAVEC at every turn of the tide, and every time he gets denied, he does some interview where he tells us that he won’t be bringing his wife and kids to the UK on account of that.

Guess what? He did bring his wife and kids to the UK without getting security. But now that he’s back again on British soil, he’s reportedly working as hard as he can to get his security approved.

However, if he doesn’t get it, a pal has claimed that he is ready to suspect coordinated foul play. And if he does suspect this, he would want to remove his family far away from the situation by relocating back to the states.

In the meantime, another friend of Harry’s, Alex Rayner, has decided to call RAVEC a “spiteful” body if it continues to deny Harry the security he longs for.

“Harry is a royal who’s significantly served in the Armed Forces,” Rayner pointed out. “To ask him to pay for it privately feels a tiny bit spiteful, given that there are other members of the Royal Family who receive it who do far less.”

He also cited the upcoming Invictus Games as something that should motivate the government and RAVEC to want to restore his security status. “This guy was flying Apaches in a conflict, and we’ve got the Invictus Games coming up in Birmingham. Are we not supporting him for that?”

However, The Telegraph reported that Home Office seems to be “nervous” about the backlash they may face should Harry be granted police protection. “There is nervousness among certain members of the committee who fear a public backlash. The political side believe there is too much political risk, while the police and security chiefs believe that he absolutely must have it due to the extant threat,” the source told The Telegraph.

At the moment, a comprehensive risk assessment is still ongoing, and no decision has been reached yet.
