A new royal biography brings more headaches for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, and it comes with some startling revelations, allegedly. Some really hectic theories emerged about Queen Camilla and the Duke of Sussex. Read on for more details.
Who Wrote The Book?
Unsurprisingly, the book that launches later this month was written by Tom Bower. Titled Betrayal: Power, Deceit and the Fight for the Future of the Royal Family, it goes into the idea that Queen Camilla had a lot of reservations about Meghan Markle.
By now, you probably know that Bower, a journalist, made a reputation for himself digging into the lives of both the royal family and other rich and famous faces. And, now he’s back with claims that Camilla had a lot to say about Prince Harry.
Brainwashed Harry?
According to extracts from the book, the wife of King Charles told a friend that she believed Meghan Markle “brainwashed” her husband’s youngest son. Well, if you think that was just a passing comment, you might be wrong.

The author suggested that allegedly, her concerns were anything but casual. In fact, allegedly, it came from her watching how Prince Harry cut off family and friends: even friends he’d known for years.
Bower claimed that “to please [Meghan], Harry was ignoring his old friends. He even changed his telephone number without telling his family.”
Actually, the writer leaned quite heavily into the picture of Camilla watching from the sidelines as the Harry she knew vanished. Notably, he emerged as someone angry and isolated. If nothing else, it does back up theories by smaller vloggers, anyway.
Tensions Boiled Over At The Palace

Of course, Camilla wasn’t the only one picking up on the change in Prince Harry. Bower also dug into a serious “peace talk” held at Kensington Palace shortly after the 2018 wedding. Apparently, that was meant to be a damage control thing to smooth the waters between Prince William, Kate, Harry, and Meghan.
Instead of clearing the air, allegedly, that meeting became a blowout buddy-buster. Per Times of India, in the book, Bower claimed that Meghan snapped at her brother-in-law, saying: “If you don’t mind, get your finger out of my face.”
Hmm. Interestingly, that helps to paint a picture of just how deep the friction went even before they skedaddled off to Montecito in a huff.
The Price Tag
Talking about life in Montecito, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex allegedly deal with increasing financial hardship. According to royal editor Katie Nicholl, maintaining their current lifestyle costs about 20 million a year just to keep things running.
Notably, plenty of stories roam around the internet that Netflix and Prince Harry’s wife seem to have crashed and burned. So, that might explain why they seem to look for any other sort of income.
Looking At Andrew
CTV News covered a different aspect of the book, and that related to former Prince Andrew, now known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. Apparently, Harry really does fear backlash from his brother, Prince William. The outlet noted:
Harry was also shocked by the fall from grace of his uncle Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who lost all his titles and ended up ejected from his home over his links to the late Jeffrey Epstein. Apparently he fears his brother …will effectively banish him.
The Sussex Couple Fires Back
Much more arrived with allegations about projects like the Invictus Games being used by Meghan for personal gain. However, it’s sufficient to note right now, that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle came right back at the claims by Bower.
Very recently, the couple blasted Bower via their rep who said “Mr Bower’s commentary has long crossed the line from criticism into fixation.” Then, they labeled the book “deranged conspiracy and melodrama.”
Royal Family Watchers React
When ETimes reported the same story on YouTube, plenty of folks weighed in with their thoughts on the various allegations.
One of them penned, “I think he was happy for her to do everything just like the monarchy looking after him all his life. He chose to ignore warnings before the engagement however Harry has never been the brightest spark in the box.”

Actually, the comment about “recycled rubbish” seems fairly accurate. After all, many similar rumors floated around the internet for ages now.
