Prince Harry Reveals Creepy Thoughts He Had When Prince William Got Married

Prince Harry got emotional over his brother’s wedding.  Marriage, or at least most of them, are a time for great joy. But for some, it could also be a time for pain as they reflect on how their relationship with the one entering into the marriage space can change and evolve.

But it is sad to think you’ve lost a sibling forever just because they got married to the girl of their dreams, especially when you’re in awe and “love” said girl.

Prince Harry Recalls Thinking “Goodbye” As Prince William and Princess Catherine Drove Off On Their Royal Carriage

“Spare” is almost upon us, but ahead of its official release, several media houses have already gotten their hands on a copy of the highly anticipated book and they’re having a field day.

US Weekly was one of those publications that got their hands on Harry’s memoir and they’ve decided to shed light on how Harry really felt about his brother’s 2011 wedding to Kate Middleton.

Per the outlet, Harry described his brother’s wedding as “yet another farewell under this horrid roof” and “another sundering.”

In the book, Harry writes: “The brother I’d escorted into Westminster Abbey that morning was gone — forever. Who could deny it? He’d never again be first and foremost Willy. We’d never again ride together across the Lesotho countryside with capes blowing behind us. We’d never again share a horsey-smelling cottage while learning to fly. Who shall separate us? Life, that’s who.”

Prince Harry’s Goodbye

The ceremony, even though one of the most-watched in history, was kind of blurry to Prince Harry, but he clearly remembered his “incredible” sister-in-law looking radiant as she walked down the aisle.

He continues: “And I recall Willy walking her back up the aisle, and as they disappeared through the door, into the carriage that would convey them to Buckingham Palace, into the eternal partnership they’d pledged, I recall thinking: Goodbye.”

However, this “goodbye” will not happen until after Harry got married as well. In 2020, barely two years after getting married, Harry and Meghan made the decision to step down from their roles as senior members of the Royal Family.

Since then, Harry and Prince William’s relationship have been on a downward spiral.
